About the Teacher

Hi hi! My name is Nadia Joy. I am based out of Santa Barbara and have been working with children and adults for the past 5 years, making the joy of music alive to them!

I serve the Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria areas. I also teach on zoom if your location is further away. I believe music should be accessible to every human and serve as a resource and creative outlet. My emphasis in curriculum is on creativity and expression. I believe in exploration and discovery over performance. The learning process is a sacred experience and should be led with kindness, compassion, and attunement at all times.
